El Pabellon Rv Park, San Quintin and Rancho Santa Inez RV Park, Catavina

On Feb. 3rd we travelled to El Pabellon RV Park just south of San Quintin.  This is a very nice place to stay.  Easy to get in and out of.  Just over the dunes is a beach that goes for miles!  It is a very beautiful place.  We stayed hear for 2 nights then we got on the road to our next stop which was Rancho Santa Inez in Catavina.  The road was quite narrow in places.  We went through another Military stop which was a breeze.  They have been so friendly and only asked us were we came from and where we are going.  The landscape is so cool through here, with very different types of cactus, also it looks like the earth threw up big bolders!!  We had to go through 2 areas of the road which was washed out, made for an interesting drive.  With all the bouncing on these roads we have a few things that come out of cupboards and also a shelf that came loose and one of the screws on the end of one of our blinds came loose!  I cringe every time I go inside to set up!!  Rancho Santa Inez Campground is a big open dirt lot that has a few tree’s.  It has a lot of room to go in and out.  They have a little restaurant here so we had dinner there.  It was quite good and very cheap!  We spent one night at this campground.
